This group includes those with diseases like heart disease, diabetes and other prevalent diseases and extends to those with injuries and specific situations like pregnancy, slip disc, paralysis, seniors, etc.
Treating and working with individuals with specific medical or physical issues typically fall into the category of “Special Populations.”
Gym Personal Training
Gym personal training includes a personal trainer an individual who has earned a certification that demonstrates they have achieved a level of competency for creating and delivering safe and effective exercise programs for apparently healthy individuals and groups or those with medical clearance to exercise.
pre & post natal
Pre and postnatal personal training focuses on guiding women through safe and effective exercise during pregnancy (prenatal) and after childbirth (postnatal). These specialized programs address the unique physiological and anatomical changes that occur during these periods, ensuring the well-being of both the mother and the developing or recovering baby.
Home Personal Training
An in-home personal training program lets you work out in the privacy and comfort of your own home. You control the temperature, the music, the cleanliness, and you get to exercise without an audience. No equipment needed.
Customised Diet Plan
Customised Diet Plan means Setting a nutritional goals or guidelines gives you the flexibility to eat a variety of different foods to reach your weight loss goals. These nutritional goals focus on your intake levels of: protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

Online Personal Training
An online personal training program constitutes undergoing training under the guidance of a certified personal trainer over a video call. The trainer will be able to guide you through the different workouts and keep an eye on whether or not you are following perfect form while working out.
Two Types on Online Training:
🔸Virtual Training – Includes a Video call on daily basis on a fixed time everyday.
🔸Schedule Training – It includes a customised schedule designed for you on daily basis. You’ll be collaborated on Google Keep through your email ID. and your workout will be uploaded in a Keep File, so that you can workout at any time of your day.
